Vulnerabilities 

The Kryptonians have weaknesses such as the exposure to various forms of Kryptonite, magic, high sound frequency, and advanced weaponry such as the gravity gun and other types of technology. 

• Red Sun: Real Red Sun light can only affects Cassandra and Casey, takes away their Kryptonian powers and weakening their other non kryptonian powers.
• Kryptonite: unlike normal Kryptonians they don't have a Kryptonite weakness: see Drax, Superman x. 
• Artificial entity Jor-El and Thecodes and Thecode II has proven capable of removing and restoring inherent Kryptonian powers and abilities. 

• Alien Organisms: Certain alien species can cause injury to Kryptonians. 
• Kryptonians can also be harmed by other aliens that are of the same or higher power. Examples: Darkseid, Doomsday/Davis Bloome ,Phantoms, Zoners, Bizarro, Aldar, Brainiac, John Jones.  
• Some of the more powerful metahumans can harm Kryptonians with their abilities but most other low-tier Krypto-freaks can not.

• Kryptonians are also vulnerable to other alien weapons. The Persuader's atomic axe, Kryptonian crystals, Fortress daggers. 
• Dheronian Metal: Weapons made from Dheronian metal can injure Kryptonians to a limited degree. 
• Kryptonian Metal: Weapons made from Kryptonian metal can injure Kryptonians as easily as Humans. 

• magic: Both Cassandra and Casey have somewhat limited protection against magic. Examples can't be killed by magic or control by it.They aren't completely immune to it  just more resistant. See Limitations

• Quantum Energy Poisoning: Massive amounts of quantum energy can injure or kill Batgirl Beyond (Cassandra) & Robin Beyond ( Casey) as well.

• Psionics: psychic attacks. (They work more on Cassandra than they do on Casey.)

• The perfect response and counterattack: this ability is unless against people like the Joker in fights due to the latter's extreme insanity.
• The main disadvantage of Robin Beyond's tactile telekinetic ability is that while his field could withstand physical force, the field is less effective in blocking radiant or conductive energy such as fire and laser fire. This leaves Casey slightly more susceptible to energy-based attacks. While less effective against gaseous materials.( of course his ability adsorb energy and his suit counter this)

• Black holes: Black holes consume Kryptonians completely. 

• Solar Radiation Overload: Kryptonians can overload on solar radiation if they are in close contact with a star for prolonged periods of time; causing their cells to slowly burst and saturate with power.
